Job Summary

A human resources services company is seeking a Remote Software Engineering Director.

Must be able to:

  • Review and provide level of effort for upcoming high-level requests from stakeholders
  • Collaboratively develop software development best practices
  • Drive software development processes and practices over multiple teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 6+ years of people management
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
  • 8+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS
  • Solid understanding of the Agile or SCRUM development process and software release processes
  • Architected software solution designs for complex systems with performance and security in mind
