A software and technology development company is seeking a Remote Software Engineering Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead a global developer and DevTools-focused team with an experience-driven mindset

Required Skills:

  • Ability to foster a high-performing engineering team at both the leadership and associate levels
  • Understanding of the capabilities of current software development tools
  • Communication skills and experience in interacting with cross-functional business and medium to large engineering teams
  • Ability to develop a detailed understanding of our business requirements
  • Previous experience with the life cycles of our offerings or delivering on-premises software, client tooling, and SaaS offerings
