Job Summary

A leading global life sciences company has an open position for a Remote Software Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading engineering teams and participating in the full development cycle
  • Establishing and promoting agile development principles and best practices for software development
  • Providing architectural vision and design input for software solutions supporting the Clinical Development business

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, including significant hands-on development experience
  • Extensive experience with custom web application development, including single-page application designs
  • Proven track record of leading software development teams to successful delivery of custom solutions
  • Proven ability to work with a globally distributed team with a major component of development in Eastern Europe and/or India
  • Demonstrated experience working with UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar
  • Significant experience with Agile development methodologies
