An ecommerce company is in need of a Remote Software Engineering Director in Austin.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Hire and grow theSoftware Engineering organization with the right talent as needed
  • Leading a team of 30+ developers and work in an Agile environment
  • Champion the Software Engineering organization and establish good development patterns

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience working on React.js, Node.js, React Native and Native Mobile developer is required
  • 10+ Years of Client Software development experience
  • At least 5+ years in a Software Development leadership position/s
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and on an Agile Scrum model.
  • Full ownership of end-to-end delivery of Client Software
  • Experience hiring 15+ developers in recent times
