A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Engineering Director in South Jordan.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects
- Working with product owners/managers in developing a strategy to achieve roadmap goals
- Promoting a culture of innovation that shares technology effectively and responsibly
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
- 7+ years of Software Development experience
- 3+ years of people management experience building strong teams and managing managers
- Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, and test driven development
- Software development experience in building cloud-based web services and highly scalable applications
