Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
- 12+ years of progressive IT experience, ideally with roots as an Engineer
- Experience leading digital transformations in an Agile environment
- Experience leading SW Engineering teams
