Job Summary

An anti-poverty technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Responsible for leading our engineering team in the delivery of products that drive outcomes for students
  • Foster the development and growth of individual engineers and the engineering team as a whole
  • Work closely with engineering team to facilitate reliable and effective delivery of value

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a software engineering role
  • At least 2 years in a technical leadership and people management role preferred
  • Record of setting and measuring against useful success metrics
  • A passion to solve the financial barriers college students face
  • Experience with Javascript in production environments
