Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience developing and delivering scalable, full stack SaaS solutions
- 3+ years of progressive management experience leading 8 or more engineers of varying experience levels
- Proficient across a highly diverse set of technologies
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand the technical details of the software your teams are working on
- Able to assess risk, challenge estimates, identify dependencies and ultimately guide the team
