A software development company has an open position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting weekly or at least twice a month one on one meetings with your direct reports
- Conducting quarterly reviews with your direct reports and provide feedback to the other managers
- Being a key part of the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process and will provide input for merit increases
Qualifications for this position include:
