Job Summary

A digital marketing company is filling a position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead a team of software engineers who are responsible for delivering mission-critical applications to customers
  • Cultivate and inspire an engineering team to deliver high-quality software
  • Oversee successful hiring and onboarding of software and quality assurance engineers

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, technical field, or related equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a manager of software developers within a commercial software company
  • 3+ years of software development experience including strong understanding of typical SDLC and Agile Scrum frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience within an Agile Scrum environment
  • Ability to attract and retain engineering talent as well as to coach and mentor software engineers
