Must be able to:
- Define/Refine processes to improve developer productivity

- Lead & Manage a team of software engineers by helping them to prioritize, build and ship the most impactful features
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering building enterprise grade products
- Results oriented leader with experience in leading & managing an engineering team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
