Job Summary

A travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Run a team that maintains and extends our ecommerce platforms both mobile and desktop
  • Attract, mentor, and manage engineers
  • Work closely with product managers and your team to prioritize stories

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related, or BS and commensurate work experience
  • At least 3 years of management experience within an Agile environment
  • Hands-on experience with standard frameworks and technologies
  • Experience working on business applications such as e-commerce, CRM, CMS, and web applications
  • Know-how to weigh the risk and value to our customer
  • An eye for detail with strong logical and critical thinking skills
