Job Summary

An entertainment and media company has a current position open for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Refine engineering practices and maintaining operational excellence
• Build and maintain a diverse software engineering team
• Collaborate with product managers and other business partners to prioritize work and set goals for the team

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience attracting diverse talent, building and leading teams
• Experience with event-driven systems architectures (reactive design)
• Experience writing unit tests / implementing test driven development processes
• Practical knowledge and meaningful experience deploying web services in cloud infrastructure
