An agricultural products and services retailer has a current position open for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a squad of 6 to 8 software developers
  • Delivering premier software
  • Identifying software delivery problems

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or graduation from a top bootcamp program; experience in lieu of a degree
  • 10+ years of software development experience with an emphasis on writing code desired
  • 1+ year in a stakeholder position or management role
  • Familiarity with HTML, React, React Native, Node.js, CSS, Python, REST APIs, or JavaScript
  • Scrum or other Agile framework experience
  • Git code management practices (GitHub) skills
