A real estate technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading, mentoring, advising, and growing a team of software engineers
• Coaching team members on a daily basis
• Leading projects to launch effectively

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of leading highly technical software engineering teams
• 5+ years of full lifecycle software engineering experience supporting modern platforms
• Experience managing production applications written in JavaScript and/or Golang
• Comfort and excitement in learning new technologies and tools
• A proponent of lightweight, agile project management practices
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
