Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing technical oversight over feature development
  • Participating in sprint planning of work and giving constructive feedback
  • Removing roadblocks and/or bottlenecks for the team and resolve questions in real time

Qualifications Include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical disciple or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years working as a full stack developer
  • At least 3+ years in leading a team as a team lead or a tech lead
  • Strong knowledge of Agile software development best practices, unit testing, and continuous integration
  • JSP, JavaScript, Java, Spring framework, Tomcat, Hibernate, MySQL, and any cloud knowledge
  • Strong time management, problem solving and critical thinking skills
