Job Summary

An e-commerce company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a multi-talented team of frontend, backend, and data engineers
  • Holding your own when discussing strategy, architecture, and technical tradeoffs with engineers
  • Creating a positive energy work environment

Required Skills:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Angular or other ES6 JavaScript framework
  • 2+ years of engineering management experience
  • Experience with relational databases and/or NoSQL databases
  • Strong experience with Scrum and Git
  • Strong communication skills with engineers and non-technical people
