Job Summary

A finance service company is in need of a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and refining core requirements of current and future software products
  • Working with the engineering team to create new technical standards, tooling and processes
  • Participating in planning and weekly demos with the team, reviewing peer code and architecture

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience at an early stage startup (FinTech is a bonus!)
  • Experience with managing and developing a software engineering team
  • Have existing industry experience in software development
  • Enjoy and have experience building production grade software
  • Have a track record of designing high-quality systems and services
  • Interest in learning new tools and technologies
