A waste and recycling program company is filling a position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing a team/s of software engineers
• Delivering large-scale customer-facing technical products
• Establishing technical process, stack, and standards for the company engineers

Qualifications Include:

• Have 8+ years of professional end-to-end web and mobile development experience
• 2+ years of professional experience managing engineering teams of 6 or more
• Experience shaping career paths, goals, and opportunities for Engineers to grow
• Experience building and managing web and mobile systems at scale
• Experience creating technical scopes, technical requirements documents, and technical roadmaps
• Experience working across many departments, coordinating tasks, and meeting deadlines for product launches
