Job Summary
A health action company is in need of a Remote Software Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead a team of Software Engineers who are part of Agile development teams
- Ensure that our engineering organization can deliver value to our clients quickly and with high quality
- Coach, nurture, and develop talented Software Engineers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Deep understanding of the process and interactions needed to allow business team members
- Experience growing individuals, maintaining team dynamics, and building teams where everyone is learning
- Prior success as an Engineering Manager and experience leading and building high-performance teams
- Desire to solve tough problems by delivering quality cloud software at scale
- Experience working in public cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Refine and promote Agile practices to ensure that commitments and capacity are aligned
