Job Summary

A composable commerce platform provider is seeking a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Advocate for, and execute on our one-on-one, coaching-centric engineering culture
  • Coaching engineers to be better at what they do by reducing cycle time, blockers, and defect rates
  • Work closely with Product and Design to roll out new, high impact solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years as a people manager
  • 5+ years of experience in technical, software engineering oriented roles
  • 2+ years of experience with recruiting where you build high quality diverse and inclusive teams
  • 2+ years working with matrix structured teams and squads
