Job Summary

A benefits management company has a current position open for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Provide technical expertise and leadership.
  • Help define and implement an organizational specific SDLC
  • Manage the design, development, and operations of a team

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar area of concentration
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3 years’ experience leading a high performing team in a 24 x 7 consumer-based application
  • Strong experience working and managing teams in an agile development environment
  • Experience with OWASP and secured coding
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps and other Agile development practices
