Job Summary
A provisioner of scientific instrumentation, reagents and consumables, and software services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Engineering Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a software engineering organization within the business unit
- Ensure our products meet functional, non-functional, and quality goals
- Understand the scope, timeline, resources and funding required
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of recent experience leading software engineering teams for commercially sold software products
- 3+ years of recent experience with large-scale software project or program management
- Demonstrable understanding and experience with the employment of modern software testing strategies
- Demonstrable understanding of designing software based on microservices oriented architectures
- Experience in life sciences, clinical applications, bioinformatics or related domains
- Is a self-starter and comfortable determining direction in a highly dynamic environment
