A software company is searching for a person to fill their position as a Remote Software Engineering Senior Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with product, UX, and other disciplines to discover the best solutions for our merchants
- Growing a team of teams both through internal development and helping with external hiring
- Building a composite roadmap that reflects the priorities and rebalance teams to evolve with surroundings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven technical leadership skills using technologies i.e. Ruby on Rails, Java/JEE, Node.js, ReactJS, PHP or Python
- Familiarity with distributed and highly available systems at scale
- Experience designing and developing APIs
- Management skills and technical depth to develop and mentor others and build credibility with your team
