A staffing and recruitment agency is seeking a Remote Software Engineering Team Lead .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provide hands-on support to projects and other initiatives as necessary
- Build, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team
- Provide thought leadership and assist with roadmapping for the team and its products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must work EST Timezone hours
- 5+ years of software engineering experience including e-commerce and enterprise systems
- 1+ years management experience with hands-on architecture experience
- 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience within a large scale and highly available environment
