Job Summary

An IT software advisory firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Engineering Team Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and communicate with the Software Development team
  • Ensure the effective delivery of business outcomes
  • Coach, mentor and develop Engineering team members

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years’ experience in previous Team Lead level positions
  • 5+ years' experience in Senior Software Delivery roles
  • Extensive experience with .NET Frameworks (Core and Classic), React, Azure, TDD, and Webservices
  • Experience mentoring and coaching peers
  • Strong understanding and experience of the core Microsoft technologies
  • An in-depth understanding of traditional project management and SDLC concepts
