Job Summary

A customer relationship management company has a current position open for a Remote Software Engineering Technical Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Coaching and mentoring early leaders in growing influence within and outside of their team
• Working closely with other development leadership to define and implement best practices
• Collaborating with product leadership on the prioritization and execution of the roadmap

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or you’re confident enough in your experience to be here
• 10+ years of experience building and delivering software for scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
• 3+ years in a management role with a track record of leading effective teams, particularly with distributed teams
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement across all areas of software development
• Demonstrated success in mentoring development teams in development best practices
• Have led Agile teams and are comfortable guiding teams toward continuously improving processes
