Job Summary

An enterprise software company is in need of a Remote Software Engineering Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Create engineering strategy related to decisions, definition, and implementation of software products
  • Drive software development across multiple teams to ensure that engineering solutions are aligned with business objectives
  • Provide employees with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Up to 20% travel
  • B.A./B.S. degree
  • 15+ years experience in computer engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing an engineering team
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
  • Negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
