A point-of-sale solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Software Implementation Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct kick-off calls with customers
• Ensure customer training is completed throughout onboarding process
• Manage your own segment of customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email communication
• Experience meeting quota or deliverables in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment
• Experience resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role
