Job Summary
A provider of document control solutions is seeking a Remote Software Implementation Manager in Raleigh.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting customers in configuration of electronic quality management system
- Educating customers in the implementation and application of company products
- Providing customers with industry Best Practice consultation
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to work non-standard hours
- Experience in pharmaceutical/clinical setting with TMF knowledge
- Working knowledge of the company is required
