Job Summary
A utility software development firm is in need of a Remote Software Implementation Specialist II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Configuring utility billing business processes on a customer-by-customer basis
- Completing all aspects of the Implementation life cycle
- Performing analysis to identify, troubleshoot, research and resolve issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of applicable experience
- Trains and mentors level I and other level II Implementation Specialists
- Ability to present technical information both verbally and nonverbally
- Ability to extract and analyze data within Oracle Databases utilizing SQL
