Job Summary

A digital insurance claims company is seeking a Remote Software Implementation Specialist II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing new customer’s program installation and configuration projects
  • Actively engaging with internal and external customers/vendors during enrollment
  • Managing the installation and configuration schedule / timeline

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BA or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of work experience in related fields
  • Automotive Accounting experience
  • Knowledge of Windows OS (2000, XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win 10)
  • General aptitude for understanding current trends in technology
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot software
