Job Summary
A staffing firm has an open position for a Remote Software Implementation Specialist in Saint Petersburg.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and delivering technical and procedural information to our customers both onsite, online, and via telephone
- Working with customers to deliver product and process training/implementation/deployment plans to technical and non-technical groups
- Responding to functional and technical questions and communications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requires CONUS and OCONUS travel, be in the Tampa area for occasional travel
- Must have a complete understanding of systems administration including Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Networking, and ACLs
- Must possess extremely strong presentation skills
- Must have the ability to analyze and solve technical problems
- Must be able to use professional language in all written responses to emails, RFPs, internal requests, and product gap analysis
- Must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
