Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Software Industry Customer Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and prioritizing the most important quality problems in support tickets
  • Developing clear and simple coaching to fix these quality problems
  • Writing clear and concise coaching advice to improve the ticket quality of agents

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience as a software developer
  • Understanding of code, scripts, database queries, and dense log files
  • 2+ years of experience as a customer-facing support agent
  • Customer-focused approach to ticket handling when coaching agents
  • Experience providing constructive and sometimes critical feedback
  • Fluent English and the ability to write clearly and concisely
