An online marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Industry Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring that products, promotions, and cooperative marketing efforts are in alignment
  • Developing pivotal data analysis and reporting that will assist our Company-wide decision-making
  • Developing and managing a scalable system to address partnership request

Required Skills:

  • Experience working within a software company to create and/or leverage software to solve problems
  • 3-5 years of Operations, consumer product sales or eCommerce experience
  • Fluent in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to create customer-ready presentations from existing templates
  • Working knowledge of technical systems, APIs and integration points
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
