Job Summary

A mortgage company is filling a position for a Remote Software Lead Quality Assurance and Test Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and implementing an appropriate test plan for our software projects
  • Growing and scaling the existing automation framework to support complex testing scenarios and cross-team integrations
  • Developing and recommending test automation strategies, best practices, and principles

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years’ experience in software quality assurance and test automation
  • 2+ years of experience with Programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
  • 2+ years of experience with Test automation using Cucumber, Selenium, or similar
  • 1+ years’ experience in Acceptance Test Driven Development methodology
  • 1+ years’ experience with cloud environments
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field
