Job Summary

A telecommunications technology company has a current position open for a Remote Software Lifecycle Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Drive adoption of software and relevant applications within assigned account(s)
  • Coordinate and conduct regular client business review meetings
  • Collaborate with key teams to develop consistent customer success plans

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5-8+ years of experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of leadership relationships
  • 4+ years of experience with subscription and software offers and or client success experience
  • Experience integrating data and analytics into workflows and engagement processes
