Job Summary
A software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Maintenance and Support Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research software license agreements and renewal history
- Create SMS contract renewal quotes
- Work closely with customers to address their concerns
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of customer support, sales, or business operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline
- Strong knowledge and experience in using MS Office tools such as Word and Excel
- Experience in using database-driven business applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, or similar
- Strong business acumen
