Job Summary
an information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Manual Quality Assurance Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Requirements, gathering, analysis, and processing and write detailed and easy to understand bug reports
- Develop and maintain test-related documentation (test cases/scenarios)
- Perform all kind of QA testing for products, set up and maintain effective communication with stakeholders on quality issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with testing web and mobile applications and a technical background
- Have an API testing background alongside HTML, CSS, XML and SQL basic level
- Experience working on specs and test documentation and using defect tracking tool and quality/test management tool like Jira
- Must have troubleshooting skills, ability to perform root cause analysis, familiarity with the entire Software Development Life Cycle process
- Have an understanding of SQA methodologies, techniques, and approaches
- Must have good communication skills, ability to the high-quality job done in a rush within tight timelines
