Job Summary

A developer of modern fleet management software has an open position for a Remote Software Onboarding Customer Success Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing and conducting training programs via Zoom and recorded webinars
  • Tracking tasks against schedule

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience working with our internal tools CRM systems
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
  • Strong team player but also a self-starter who can work autonomously
