Job Summary
A developer of modern fleet management software has an open position for a Remote Software Onboarding Customer Success Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and conducting training programs via Zoom and recorded webinars
- Tracking tasks against schedule
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience working with our internal tools CRM systems
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
- Strong team player but also a self-starter who can work autonomously
