A company that designs and develops software solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Operations Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Fulfilling scheduling needs as relayed to you to ensure the smooth fulfillment of sessions
- Handling all scheduling requests and entering information in our database
- Providing excellent customer support to families and experts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional attention to detail as it relates to logistics, customer service issues, and coordination
- An ability to be organized, proactive, and to work cohesively as part of a team
- A passion for building and maintaining great member experiences
- Comfort with professional software such as Google Sheets and Google Drive
