Job Summary

A company that designs and develops software solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Operations Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Fulfilling scheduling needs as relayed to you to ensure the smooth fulfillment of sessions
  • Handling all scheduling requests and entering information in our database
  • Providing excellent customer support to families and experts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail as it relates to logistics, customer service issues, and coordination
  • An ability to be organized, proactive, and to work cohesively as part of a team
  • A passion for building and maintaining great member experiences
  • Comfort with professional software such as Google Sheets and Google Drive
