Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company has an open position for a Remote Software Order Management Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing submitted contract and order forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Processing orders and ensuring clean bookings in compliance with company policy
  • Managing all order entry activities for global operations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Salesforce (SFDC) experience
