Remote Software Packager Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Packager/Technician to support government work in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer applications to function in secure environments and configure desktops/servers
• Develop and automate installation procedures using tools like VBScript and Wise Package Studio
• Test packages for compliance with security standards and provide installation support to System Administrators

Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a DoD-issued Secret or Interim Secret Clearance
• Strong VBScript experience and ability to read and follow installation scripts
• Understanding of MSI technology and experience with MSI editors
• Deep knowledge of Windows registry and file structure
• Experience with complex Client/Server Applications and enhanced operating system security settings is a plus
