A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Software Partner Experience Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading for Partner Success for North America Global Advisors and Public Sector partners
- Seeking pro-active ways to perpetually further enable and support the partners
- Proactively monitoring assigned Partners' Support ticket volume
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 12 yrs overall experience
- 5 or more years relevant EPM work experience
- Exceptional project management experience
- Knowledge of financial accounting processes
- Strong critical thinking and analytical background
- Excellent understanding of product implementation methodologies
