Job Summary
A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Partner Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting regular business reviews with partners to track progress
- Identifying customer challenges and prescribe partner service offering solutions
- Orchestrating internal resources to support growth and overall success for new and existing ecosystem partners
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in technology sales, business development or software consultancy
- Strong background in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) and/or productivity tools
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, coaching and leadership skills
- Strong CRM and business analytics knowledge
- Technical acumen in areas like enterprise data strategies, data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL/ELT or data pipelines
- Excellent instincts and ability to interface at a senior level with F1000 customers
