Job Summary

A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Software Partner Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting regular business reviews with partners to track progress
  • Identifying customer challenges and prescribe partner service offering solutions
  • Orchestrating internal resources to support growth and overall success for new and existing ecosystem partners

Required Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in technology sales, business development or software consultancy
  • Strong background in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) and/or productivity tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, coaching and leadership skills
  • Strong CRM and business analytics knowledge
  • Technical acumen in areas like enterprise data strategies, data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL/ELT or data pipelines
  • Excellent instincts and ability to interface at a senior level with F1000 customers
