A skills training and mentoring company is filling a position for a Remote Aurora Guide.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide support, advice, and community to participants
• Facilitate and moderate virtual individual and group meetups and chats
• Help participants navigate the ups and downs of the modern workplace

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Attend Guide Training
• Comfortable with using a variety of technological tools
• Motivational, able to draw people out of their shells
• Good Listening Skills
• Efficient & Organized
