Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Software Platform Sales Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Being responsible for Inbound and Outbound sourced opportunities
  • Owning forecast and delivery of pipeline goals for the entire team by executing campaign

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales development leadership experience in B2B startup/growth-stage environments
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding opportunity creation and pipeline goals
  • Strong analytical skills and can share examples of making data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern discovery qualification processes/practices
  • Proven ability to effectively hire and train new people
  • Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
