A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Software Platform Sales Development Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and motivating a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Being responsible for Inbound and Outbound sourced opportunities
- Owning forecast and delivery of pipeline goals for the entire team by executing campaign
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales development leadership experience in B2B startup/growth-stage environments
- Demonstrated experience exceeding opportunity creation and pipeline goals
- Strong analytical skills and can share examples of making data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated proficiency with modern discovery qualification processes/practices
- Proven ability to effectively hire and train new people
- Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
