Job Summary
A video software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Principal Customer Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing fixes and improvements to the live video platform
- Triaging and supporting issues surfaced from Live Enterprise customers
- Identifying root cause of reported issues and routing to the appropriate technical team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record as a self-starter and independent developer
- Strong problem solving abilities combined
- Ability to confidently jump across various parts of the video and product infrastructure
- Capable of writing tests for complex systems to ensure continued and measurable stability
- Experience with PHP, SQL, JS and cloud infrastructure
