Job Summary
A software and data analytics company is filling a position for a Remote Software Product Account Manager II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze key metrics of customer usage and identify opportunities for improvement
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Maintain assigned portfolio to drive client adoption and usage to achieve targeted annual revenue goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven ability to retain and grow accounts
- 2 years of experience working as an Account Manager
- Working knowledge of sub-metering and PURE
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong experience using MS Office applications
- Proven ability to communicate clients' needs while prioritizing with organizational goals and initiatives
