Job Summary

A leader in data and software services is seeking a Remote Software Product Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating and maintaining methodology, tools and process
  • Providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve product performance for customers
  • Planning and executing customer product tests

Position Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software or related technology product development
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and associated methodologies
  • Experience analyzing digital/data products
  • Strong communication skills to deliver technical and nontechnical information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer service mindset to support inquiries and projects for Fortune 500 customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, finance or related quantitative field
